- The so – called vacuum drying is heating and drying of the materials under vacuum conditions to which, vacuum pump is adopted for air – bleed and humidity suction thus speedy drying is reached.
- When a constant vacuum is maintained, increasing the temperature can also speed up the drying process.
- Increasing both vacuum and beating temperature will be speed up drying process significantly.
- Solvent in the materials can be re-collected through the condenser if it’s adopted.
- The condenser can be substituted by SK series water – ring vacuum pump or ZSWJ series hydropower spray

- Suitable for drying of thermal sensitive materials easily resolved. Polymerized or deteriorated under higher temperature.
- Sterilization can be conducted prior to the drying process, during which, on foreign matters is allowed to enter the materials.
