Features:
This machine has 4 Peristaltic pump for filling and Touch screen control, can automatically finish bottle feeding, liquid fillin, pluging stopper and capping. Automatically stop filling if there is no bottle. Its structure compact, filling and speed is adjustable, stable function. The structure is reasonable, can produce in single machine or in line. The filling can be applied to normal liquid or ointment.
Structure:
Filling head type: 4 head, peristaltic pump filling type, filling head accept SUS316 stainless steel, head size (injector), 4.5mm. which are designed according to healty standard and GMP standard. And there is air adjustment device to reduce the speed of cylinder up/down.
And the machine can be covered with plexiglass cover to reduce noise.
And in transportation belt, will be matched with two keeping cylinder system(twin pneumatic topper system ) to keep bottles when filling and un-locking bottles after filling, the PLC system can control the process in nice and client can set keeping and un-locking time in touch screen according to different bottles.
Stoppering: one head, change vibration plate can be suitable for different size stoppers.
Crimping: one head, change vibration plate can be suitable for different size caps,
Machine will come with a flow hole to collect all liquid in table, client to prepare a collect tank himself.
Belt width and filling head’s height is adjustable, so no need to change mould to filling different volume bottles.
